Meetings are an ever-present part of our lives. They range from a brief exchange with another individual to a convention where thousands of people share concerns, ideas, and opinions. Despite the frequency with which meetings are held, they often become a drain on managers and employees, instead of an asset. There is no magic formula to using meetings as an effective managerial tool, but there are some techniques that you can learn to increase meeting productivity and quality. Our training program will cover several of these techniques.
   
 

Show the importance of pre-meeting planning to determine
goals and objectives.
Understand the need for proper timing and location of
meetings to minimize distractions and increase productivity.
Recognize the important points to include on an agenda
and how to carry out their discussion.
Learn the important leadership skills for navigating the
course of discussion in a meeting.
Develop and apply problem solving skills to learn how to
effectively manage different personality styles.
Practice the techniques of idea orchestration to create
solutions.
Learn the pitfalls of "group-think."
Establish follow-up procedures to review post-meeting
progress.
Practice, role-play, problem-solve and discuss.
Translate what you learn into action.
