We specifically adapt a management training and leadership development program for each client by becoming familiar with the positions and responsibilities of each organization, and then compare our ideas with the training programs currently in place. This process allows A.E. Schwartz & Associates to learn about each individual client and determine the most appropriate strategy for developing training.

Our proposals include charts representing current company training programs, our recommendations, how we reached our conclusions and performance plans making it easy to see how management training will result in increased productivity and profitability. Our plans can provide for the development of training programs and facilities, the selection and use of appropriate training methods and trainers, and ultimately, evaluation and follow-up.
